My payment structure includes a 50% deposit upfront, and 50% upon completion.

Contract

A contractual agreement is to be drawn up before a 50% deposit is provided. This protects yourself as well as the artist in case of future disputes or payment disruptions.

What can I expect the process to look like?
You will be contacted as soon as possible after your form has been submitted. Further communication will take place over email to confirm all commission details.

Upon your contract being drawn up and signed, a 50% deposit must provided. You will then be provided with digital sketches and potential compositions for your commission within a week of your deposit being paid.

Once you approve your chosen composition, the painting process can begin. You will be provided with frequent updates and feedback during the painting process.

After your commission is completed and signed off by yourself, the remaining 50% payment should be made in order for you to receive your painting.

Shipping costs are included within your commission pricing. You will be able to track your parcel end to end with the tracking number provided.


How soon can I expect to wait for a commission
Waiting times can vary due to commission backlogs, a more specific time estimation can be provided once your form has been submitted.
